- An additional surcharge of IDR100,000 per car will apply for pick up from Candidasa and IDR150,000 per car will apply for pick up from Lovina, Amed or Tulamben, to be paid directly to the driver
- Please be at your hotel lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled pick up time and present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure
- The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you are not present for the pick up and are unable to be contacted, you will be considered a ‘no show’ and no refunds will be given
