Indonesian or International Drivers: Drivers must be over 21 years old. An international license is not required.

Booking, Deposit, and Cancellation Terms

1. Booking Terms:

A valid ID and full driver’s license are required to confirm the booking.
The booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment.

2. Deposit Terms:

A security deposit (50%) is required at the time of booking.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the vehicle is returned in good condition.
Any damages, cleaning fees, or violations of terms will be deducted from the deposit.

3. Cancellation Policy (Flexible):

10+ Days Before Booking Start:
Full credit for future bookings is provided. Refunds are available upon request (minus admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
4-10 Days Before Booking Start:
90% credit for future bookings is provided. Booking fees are non-refundable and not credited.
Less Than 4 Days Before Booking Start:
No credit or refund is provided.

By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms outlined above.

Minimum age to hire: 21 years
A valid full driver’s license is required.
Follow local rules and respect other road users.
No smoking or vaping inside the van (cleaning fee applies if violated).
Off-road and beach driving are not allowed.
No pets or animals allowed.
Sleeps 2 inside the van and 2 in the rooftop tent.
Return the vehicle and equipment clean (cleaning fee applies if not).
Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM.
No cooking inside the van.
