Daily Tour Service Policy
Orders: Customers can place orders through the website, telephone or email. After the booking is received, we will send confirmation and tour information to the customer.
Payment: Customers must make payment before the tour starts. We accept payments via bank transfers, cash payments, or other online payment systems.
Cancellations: Customers can cancel orders up to 24 hours before the tour starts. In the event of this cancellation, we will refund the customer’s payment.

Insurance Coverage: Our tours are covered by insurance that covers cancellation, delay and accident costs.
